    Paul Kitching

    Co-President

    Paul Kitching aka PK is the Business Development Manager at Fuller Brand Communication, an integrated marketing agency with offices in Adelaide and Sydney. Fuller’s been around for more than 30 years and PK’s been there for 10 of them. Most of all PK is known for being an über-networker. Always has, always will be… from his days at AMP in the ‘80s, to Country Road, to Rip It Up magazine to now at Fuller, PK is passionate about meeting & connecting people. During Covid19 he even created his own online networking event, ‘Coffee With PK’, that ran for four years with PK hosting 370 of the networking chats before it finished in late 2023.

    Along with developing business at Fuller, PK has a regular spot on ABC Radio Adelaide, writes the ‘Let PK Entertain You’ column for 50+SA magazine and was recently appointed as a Member of the State Theatre Company South Australia Foundation.

    PK is proud to join Sarah as AADC’s Co-President for 2025 in the final year of the two year tenure and is keen to ensure the AADC celebrates the creative industry in all its many forms. This is about community, about the next generation of creatives and how we ensure the Club remains relevant and inclusive for all. It’s about how we evolve, how we strive for excellence, and how we encourage, acknowledge and congratulate our peers across the wider creative industry. And how we continue to grow and thrive.

    Co-President

    With 16 years in the industry, Sarah Luthaus has built a career leading strategy, creative and brand transformation. In Adelaide and Sydney, she’s worked both agency and client-side, but the fast pace and boundless creativity of agency life is where she thrives.

    As the founder and Managing Director of Ten Past Ten, a boutique integrated ad agency, she’s led strategic direction for local, national, and international clients.

    Now, Sarah is thrilled to be joining PK as Co-President of the AADC. She’s dedicated to celebrating the creative industry in all its forms, championing the next generation of talent, and ensuring the Club continues to be a space for connection, inspiration, and evolution.

    Sarah is a firm believer that we all have something to give and to learn—whether it’s a new perspective, an insight or an experience. When we take the time to connect and support one another, we all create better work.

    Amy is a founding member of She Creates, having spent many years dedicating her time to the AADC Executive Committee. With over 20 years in the creative communications industry, she is unique in her breadth of experience having worked directly across every facet of graphic design and advertising. A master of multi-tasking and making work life balance look like a breeze, Amy runs her own creative communications business, Make Create, while driving the behind the scenes of She Creates and juggling her young family.

    Elise is the Marketing Manager of Studio Nine Architects, one of South Australia’s largest and leading architecture and design studios. Coupling her background in marketing and architecture, Elise has played a pivotal role in the company’s evolution and positioning within the market since joining the studio 7 years ago. Always keeping her finger on the pulse, with an exceptional eye for detail, she has a strong passion for the communications and events industry. As a then solo marketer, Elise joined the She Creates Committee in 2021 looking to connect with like minds and to help drive community expansion through her passion for events. This year she steps into the role of Co-Chair and is excited to elevate She Creates into its next chapter.

    With a love of human-centred design thinking, Luke has been creating experiences and design solutions for over 20 years for some of the world’s biggest entertainment brands and local South Australian heroes. As Chair of Education, Luke and the committee are looking forward to opening doors, creating industry connections and championing students in their first steps in the design and advertising world.

    Secretary

    As co-founder of stickbird.studio, Maike spends her days crafting brands, solving design puzzles, and making things look effortlessly good. Stickbird specialises in brand communications and motion design, delivering projects across both disciplines—locally and on the international stage. But she says being part of the AADC community has been just as rewarding—now in her third year of volunteering, she’s gone from the Education sub-committee to Chair of Communications and is now stepping in as Secretary (clearly unable to resist staying involved).

    Whenever AADC duties call, she swaps her gardening gloves for club matters, supporting this incredible creative community and keeping things running smoothly—usually with a cup of tea in hand.

    With over 25 years of experience in South Australia's creative, advertising, marketing, and printing industries, Sandy Aspinall founded Creative Juice SA Recruitment in late 2019 to provide tailored staffing solutions to agencies and businesses alike. Specialising in Permanent, Freelance, and Project roles across all creative industry positions such as Graphic Design, Account Service, Digital, Marketing/Comms, Sales/BDM and more, Sandy simplifies the recruitment process, drawing on her industry knowledge to offer specialist advice.

She moved to Adelaide to start her career post degree from Melbourne, and has since fallen in love with everything the state has to offer.

    Currently working in local government, Shovana has a keen eye for branding, design, and digital storytelling. Shovana is excited to contribute to AADC’s vision of championing creativity and collaboration across South Australia.

    When she’s not working or volunteering, you’ll find her camping and exploring the wilderness or as she likes to call it “going on another adventure!”.

    Stephen Deeble, better known as Deebs, is the Director of Visualizm, an independent, award-winning, full-service film production company headquartered in the Adelaide CBD. With over 20 years of industry experience, Stephen possesses a comprehensive skill set that spans full video and post-production for a wide range of visual assets.

    A seven-time AADC award winner, Stephen is renowned for his production expertise and creative flair, traits that are evident in every project he directs. His strong work ethic and approachability make him the ideal collaborator to shepherd projects from initial concept to final screen presentation.

    Stephen’s work includes prestigious campaigns for Elders, Royal Flying Doctor Service, SA Health, RAA, South Australia Tourism, Pope, Krispy Kreme, Motor Accident Commission, National Pharmacies, and the Defence Industry. These projects showcase his ability to create compelling and impactful advertising content that resonates across diverse audiences.

In 2025, she’s celebrating 8 laps around the AADC sun, having been involved in a variety of roles, from Club Secretary, to Co-President, Chair of Awards and a founding member of She Creates. My career has taken me from the world of wine tourism, hospitality and events, working at iconic brands such as: Jacob’s Creek, St Hugo and Hentley Farm, to leading marketing teams in the creative space. Now, as Sales & Marketing Manager at kwpx, I oversee the company’s market strategy, lead an incredible marketing team, and help shape the direction of our brand and business growth.

    I love creating experiences that bring people together. Whether that’s through wine & food, digital storytelling, marketing strategy, or simply curating moments that matter. I have an analytical mind and a problem-solving approach that keeps things moving forward, always looking for ways to improve efficiency and bring fresh ideas to life.

    I thrive on collaboration and believe that strong team culture is the foundation of great work. When people feel valued, heard, and inspired, amazing things happen, and that’s what I strive to cultivate every day.

    Ellie Correll

    Ellie is the Studio Coordinator at Simple on weekdays, bringing structure to the whirlwind of agency life and consistently delivering on tight deadlines — making the impossible, possible. With a background in hospitality and events, she's cool, calm and undoubtedly collected when it comes to her day-job in production and studio operations. Applying a can-do attitude and natural problem-solving skills to keep projects on track is truly her M.O. Outside of work, you’ll spot her at the yoga studio, hiking or holidaying — making 'doing it all' look a breeze.

  • Lisa Browne

    Lisa Brown

    A multi-skilled executive producer and production manager with extensive experience in international, national, and local projects including film and television, digital, multimedia, animation, print, live event content.

    Lisa has worked Freelance, headed up an independent production company, worked as Agency Producer for Showpony and EP for production company Spry Films in QLD.

    Producing a huge variety of work, including; 12 x 45 min adventure travel documentaries for 7 Network, taking her all over SA, Australia and New Zealand.

    She has produced dynamic big screen visual content for arena shows at The Entertainment Centre, the opening of Sky City and numerous Government State Dinners.

    Her advertising work includes the very successful ear worm "Go a Moes" for which she apologizes!

    "The Streets Are Calling" for the Adelaide 500 in 2022 had her racing super cars around Adelaide city streets, Barossa Valley and Lady Bay with a huge VFX undertaking to change the livery of all the filmed supercars and make winter become spring.

    Quirky ads for San Remo - Fantastic Noodles (where a massive cup of noodles shopped for people dancing on a supermarket shelf) and Fantastic Snacks - De Lights (where an office worker, 2 kids and a lucky pooch took flight in search of the lightest snacks)

    To more serious campaigns for Coercive Control and a Regional Speeding Campaign for Queensland's TMR involving 3 car crashes with serious consequences.

    The work has been diverse, fun, challenging and always rewarding, enabling Lisa to work with some of the best specialist crew in Australia.

    Lisa is excited to be on the Awards Committee and always up for a chat over a coffee or a wine.

    Nerissa Douglas

    Nerissa is a Senior Art Director at Fuller with more than two decades of experience in branding, packaging, illustration, and integrated design. She has previously held leadership roles with the Australian Graphic Design Association (AGDA) and now brings her wealth of knowledge to the Awards sub-committee. Outside of work, Nerissa is passionate about connecting with creatives from other disciplines and cultures, with her most recent exploration being a research trip to South Korea.

    Sam Davies

    As Managing Director at kwpx, I lead a team of 60+ talent humans, delivering breakthrough creative solutions. With two decades in the creative industry, I've successfully launched and grown digital agencies, software start-ups, and podcasts. In late 2021, I merged my agency, Digital Noir, with KWP!, bringing fresh ideas and a digital perspective (and crew) to the table. I also host the 'Humans Aren't Robots' podcast, featuring interviews with creative leaders. Beyond my work, I enjoy life by the beach , enjoying the best sights, sounds, experiences and tastes SA has to offer!

    Andreas Heikaus

    Andreas makes things move—sometimes even on purpose. As the founder of stickbird.studio, he helps brands and agencies bring their ideas to life with motion design, VFX, and animation. With a background in design and a GPU that’s always at 100%, he’s constantly tracking, keyframing, and wondering where all his RAM went. Passionate about creative problem-solving, good design, and meeting deadlines (ideally before they meet him).

    Hafsa Qureshi

    With 20 years’ Advertising and Marketing Management experience in agencies such as Leo Burnett Dubai, McCann Dubai, KWP! SA, and currently Account Director at SAUCE. The Creative Agency, Huffy comes with a track record of internationally acclaimed awards and a diverse portfolio of clients across industries.

    She is driven strategically and enjoys connecting brands to real humans. Going above and beyond, creative at soul, and positive vibes only, Huffy believes there is always a solution to any problem. Huffy is an enthusiast and lover of life. With a personality as bright as her outfits, she is known to serve up joy and delight with every project.

    Having freshly completed studies in Communication Design with the University of South Australia, Hannah is a new face at AADC. Currently working in sales, she comes from a background in fashion design and illustration. Hannah hopes to bring her enthusiasm to every project.

    Jack is a Tafe SA graduate (Advanced Diploma of Graphic Design) currently working in pre-press and graphic design. His normal day includes moving pictures and words on a computer screen, occasionally dabbling in numbers too.

    Renee van der Hoek

    Renee is an Account Manager by trade, but has had a colourful career as a copywriter and healthcare professional. She applies lateral thinking and strategy to build brand stories, and communicate the hard stuff, simply. Amongst a few board roles and responsibilities, she is an avid sports enthusiast, and self-proclaimed connoisseur of a South Australian medium-bodied red—always learning, experiencing and lending a hand to solve problems where needed.

    Maddie Tierney

    Maddie is a versatile piece of the Visualizm puzzle, contributing to multiple aspects of production.

    Between weaving magic in the edit suite and managing production, she’s all over it!

    She loves the challenge of breaking down the big picture, taking an idea through the production line and delivering a polished final product that resonates with an audience.

    With experience as a camera assist, shoot producer, snack curator, playlist manager, professional stand-in, videographer and editor, she’s immersed in the industry. Hosting interviews to camera and spending time connecting with people from diverse industries and experiences is a highlight of her day-to-day.

  • Andrew Thomas Rushton

    Andrew Thomas Rushton

    Andrew is a graphic design student completing his diploma at TAFE SA, with plans to pursue an advanced diploma in 2026. After spending 10 years in corporate insurance, he decided to follow his passion for creativity. He brings a relevant perspective to the Education Committee as a current student. Outside of his studies he is a self taught visual artist using a mix of digital and traditional techniques.

  • Chris Kim

    Chris Kim

    Hailing from Melbourne with an impressive design repertoire, Chris has been living it up in Adelaide as the Head of Art at Showpony since 2020. With 15+ years’ branding and design experience, you’ve probably seen Chris’s work if you’ve been to Brisbane Airport, worn a t-shirt from Cotton On, visited the Espy in Melbourne or eaten a burger at Grill’d.

    He's also lent his talents to TAFE SA, North Adelaide Golf Course, Homestart and the new Flinders University logo.

    Chris oversees the development and execution of all things visual from conception through to design. Plus, his experience managing junior creatives makes him a perfect addition to the education sub committee.

    Peter Sansom

    Peter has been working for many years in the creative industries, beginning as an artist specialising in sound design and interactive control systems for installation works which were exhibited both nationally and internationally. Peter has continued working with video and continues to exhibit and collaborate with a diverse range of artists from dance groups, a string trio and the electronic band "The Art of Flying Kites" on a number of festival performances. Along the way he has also worked as a camera operator, live vision switcher, editor and sound engineer while working for The Royal Institution of Australia. During that time, he learnt some animation and motion graphics skills while producing promos and was hooked. Peter knew he wanted to learn more and add to his skill base.

    He has journeyed through from Cert 4 to Advanced Diploma, taking the risk of a career change but loving the challenges of learning new skills.

    Bri Hammond is a commercial photographer whose work displays authentic emotion and odd moments, usually expressed with poppy colours and graphic compositions. She loves championing the peculiarities of life and highlighting the idiosyncrasies of people and places. Originally a graphic designer, she began her career with a year-long residency at Fabrica, Benetton’s Creative Research Centre in Treviso, Italy. After spending 10 years honing her craft in Melbourne, Bri now lives in Adelaide and creates for a wide range of clients and publications across Australia with a unique visual approach.

    Bri has always been passionate about lifting up other women, and mentors those wanting advice in the competitive and cis-male dominated world of commercial photography. By joining up with She Creates, she hopes to help more women feel encouraged to push boundaries, seize opportunities, and make their mark in the industry.

    After working with parkrun Asia Pacific on the Gold Coast, Charlie made the move back to Adelaide (which he firmly believes is the best city in the world) in early 2024 to kickstart digital yarn.

    If you manage to catch him somewhere other than behind the camera, you’ll likely find him hiking, showing off his really-only-slightly-better-than-average 8-ball pool skills, or searching for pretty little wildflowers. Charlie’s weaknesses include: almond croissants.

    Hannah Pendlebury

    Hannah is a woman of many words. The hard part is getting her to stop talking. Her freelance copywriting business, Pendle to Paper, means she’s constantly finding the right words for brands and businesses across the country, in almost every format possible.

    Hannah’s has a background in PR, communications and marketing for large organisations and government agencies. She's passionate about many things, but uplifting women is her key focus.

    When she’s not waxing lyrical about feminism or the importance of etymology, you’ll find Hannah telling the stories of chefs and food personalities on her latest creative endeavour, Eat With The Podcast.

    Currently a Senior Account Manager at Showpony Advertising, Julia is a clever communicator with an exceptional work ethic who takes pride and joy in briefing the creative team, executing concepts, and seeing projects through from start to finish. Having worked both client and agency side, Julia’s unique and valuable perspective is a great asset to the She Creates team.
