The AADC Mentorship program

We are lucky enough in Adelaide to have both keen, bright people entering the creative industry but also seasoned professionals who are just as excited and passionate as on their first day.
The AADC mentorship program is where we get them both together.
Mentees benefit from help, structure and advice from people from the top companies in the industry and Mentors benefit from improving their leadership skills and gaining a new perspective.
We match the Mentors & Mentees together based on experience and preferences and give them as much structure as they need to make the most out of the experience.
Mentorship can happen in-person or online, whatever suits the pair best. There will also be organised events where we can all get together as a wider group and share our experiences.
