AADC's Constitution provides a framework to safeguard good corporate governance and to ensure the best interests of the Club, its members and sponsors are at the forefront of all its activities and motivations.
As a practical tool, the Constitution may be revised (according to the guidelines within) to meet the ongoing and changing needs of its operations, members and industry. The current Constitution can always be found via the link below.
