Who is Russ Mitchinson?

Russ Mitchinson is a multi award-winning and incisive strategic planner with a passion for transformative ideas. He has international experience both in the UK and Australia, with the last six years at DDB Group Sydney/DDB Australia as Planning Partner. Russ has worked on global brands and international campaigns including McDonald’s; Tourism Australia; Vodafone; Orange; Unilever; Mitsubishi; Ferrero; and Visa.

As Chairman of the Australian Communications Council’s Account Planning Group (APG), Russ has been instrumental in driving a new vision and direction, believing in posing difficult questions and provoking unexpected thinking for business and brands; achieved through idea leadership, constant innovation and the power of provocation.
