Now recruiting: The AADC Awards Dream Team

The Club is on the hunt for a handful of the industry's hungriest to form its first-ever AADC Awards Dream Team. Over two nights, the Dream Team will crack one of the hottest briefs in South Australia and bring together the creative concept for the Forty-Eighth Annual AADC Awards.
In the last decade alone, we've asked the industry "What would you give?" and "How much weight are you taking home?" and now we're asking... what's next?
Joining the Dream Team is a chance to put your stamp on the biggest night in our industry's calendar. We're looking for big, left of centre ideas from great collaborators and mild mischief makers.
We'll celebrate the industry's first-ever Dream Team at the 2025 Awards, and immortalise them in the Reel and Book. Plus, we'll even gift 3 entries in next year's Awards to the team, allowing the work to be entered for judging in the 2026 AADC Awards.
The Rules
- Entrants must be an active member of the AADC (check your membership and/or sign-up here)
- The Dream Team is strictly prohibited from starting a new super agency.
