Advertising Council Australia, in partnership with Kantar Insights, has launched Australian advertising’s first-ever D&I industry census – the Create Space Census, which is open until Wednesday, December 15.
They're asking everyone – individuals and agencies – to block out 30 minutes to complete the census.

For the first time, we’ll gather 100% anonymous data on gender identity, social and ethnic backgrounds, sexual orientation, mental health and family status among industry professionals, as well as experiences of inclusion at work, and how these factors influence our happiness, our health and our careers.
A report and measurable Action Plan will be launched in early 2022, tackling priority areas of inequality and under-representation with actionable steps. It will be supported by industry working groups and a commitment to measuring and reporting on the ad industry’s progress on D&I every two years.
